Each cask contributes a distinct dimension — Port adds dark fruit richness, Sauternes adds honeyed sweetness, and Madeira adds nutty depth — the precise blend of 7/30/63% creates a perfectly balanced Old World finish.

How does it compare to WhistlePig 10 Year?
The 12 Year adds two additional years of maturation plus the complexity of three Old World wine cask finishes — delivering a more refined, layered, and internationally inspired expression than the classic 10 Year.
