Cantera Negra Añejo is the pinnacle of the Cantera Negra lineup — handcrafted in small batches from late-harvest Blue Agaves and aged in oak barrels for a minimum of one year to develop a rich, complex, and deeply satisfying character. Produced using only time-honored, traditional methods with no added sugars or colorings. The extended aging transforms the vibrant agave of the Silver into something altogether more refined — dark, rich, and built for slow, contemplative sipping. Bottled at 40% ABV.
Aged longer in oak — the Añejo develops a deeper caramel, vanilla, and dried fruit complexity that makes it the richest and most refined expression in the Cantera Negra lineup. Best enjoyed neat.
