Distilled in copper pot stills, double distilled, and bottled at 48% ABV (96-proof) with no additives — this is a high-proof añejo for those who demand authenticity.
Añejo tequila is aged between 1 and 3 years in oak barrels, developing deeper, more complex flavors than Blanco or Reposado expressions while retaining the agave's natural character.
Ocho is a single-estate tequila, meaning each batch is sourced from a specific agave field (rancho), giving it a unique terroir expression similar to single-vineyard wines. It's also made with no additives and bottled at a bold 96-proof.
Expect rich agave with notes of caramel, vanilla, dried fruit, and warm oak spice from the bourbon barrel aging, with a long, satisfying finish.
